First temple that I visit was Wat Prak Keaw or it's called as Temple of the Emerald Buddha (official known as Wat Phra Sri Rattana Satsadaram) is regarded as the most important temple in Thailand. Wat Prak Keaw is located in centre of Bangkok, within that which around of Wat Prak Keaw got ground of the Grand Palace the Emerald Buddha, the greatly honored Buddha image metriculously carved from a single block of jede.
The construction of the temple started when King Buddha Yodfa Chulaloke (Rama1) moved the capital from Thonburi to Bangkok.
The other attraction in Wat phra Keaw is included a model of Angkor Wat, which was build under the order of King Rama iv when Combodia was under Siamese control.

Note: This temple are scared places that you must dress appropriately, there is no short, slipper, sandals or revealing tops. Otherwise you simply won't be allowed in. But there's facility for that for you. Admission is 125 bath per person.
